How your airport transfer works
Send us your flight number, date and hotel or home address on WhatsApp. We confirm the vehicle, the fixed quote and the chauffeur's details before your trip. On the day, your chauffeur follows your flight in real time, so an early landing or a delay never leaves you stranded.
At Dubai International (DXB) your chauffeur meets you inside the arrivals hall. For groups arriving on different flights, we can stage two vehicles or one large stretch — tell us the plan and we will organise it.
Which vehicle for the airport?
Solo travellers and couples usually take the S-Class or 7 Series — quiet, fast and discreet. Families and groups of up to six choose the V-Class or Yukon XL for the luggage space. Groups of ten or more book a stretch: the Suburban carries twenty passengers and their bags in one trip, which is often cheaper — and far more fun — than three taxis.

What happens if my flight is delayed?
Your chauffeur tracks the flight and adjusts the pickup time automatically. Send us any changes on WhatsApp and we will confirm the new plan — waiting arrangements are agreed with you before the trip, so there are no surprises.
Where do I meet the chauffeur at DXB?
Inside the arrivals hall, holding a name board with your name on it. You will receive the chauffeur's name and contact details before you land.
Can a stretch limo do an airport pickup?
Yes — our Suburban and Escalade stretches regularly collect groups at DXB. Airport VIP parking charges may apply to stretch vehicles; we include everything in the quote we confirm on WhatsApp.
How much luggage can we bring?
The V-Class and Yukon XL handle six large suitcases comfortably. Stretch limos carry four to six large bags plus hand luggage. Tell us your bag count when booking and we will recommend the right vehicle.
